Earlier this year he earned a principle part in "Wind In The Willows", and scored highly as Jack Worthing in his A-Level performance of "The Importance of Being Earnest". He has participated in three productions at the Gordon Craig Theatre - "Oliver!" (2006), "South Pacific" (2007), and "Pirates of Penzance" (2007). "My Fair Lady" is to follow in 2008.

NICCI LAWRENCE Vocal Coach
Nicci has been singing all her life, and this has lead her to countless performances with the school choirs and solo performances with a Big Band. She has taken part in numerous school productions, most recently "Anything Goes" and "Oh What A Lovely War", as well as an acclaimed role with a society in Twickenham. Nicci has also recorded vocals for a company which produces karaoke tracks, and is an accomplished dancer. Like Dean, Nicci has her own music profile on MySpace.

MARK FINCH Costume and Stage Manager/Co-Producer
Mark has been with Spotlight since day one. He performed in lead roles in "Honk!", "Oliver!", and "Anything Goes" in 2006 alone, and also performed in shows such as the Noda Award-winning "Bugsy Malone". Mark is eyeing up a career in Musical Theatre, but had a TV appearance as an extra in ITV1 drama "Tom Brown's Schooldays", starring Stephen Fry. In February 2007 he took the lead role of Ratty in the Young Arcadians production of "Wind In The Willows", attracting rave reviews from the local press.

NATALIE CAUGHTRY Choreographer
Nat joined Spotlight as choreographer for "Guys and Dolls Jr" in July 2007. She began dance lessons at the age of three, and has since been in four dance shows at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage. She was due to participate in "Strictly Stratton" at her school in Biggleswade, but unfortunately the event was pulled at the last minute. Since last year she has been teaching with the dance school she has been attending, and is currently in her second year of study for her A-Level Dance qualification.
